  • Dit appartement op de begane grond gelegen direct aan de prachtige stranden van de Golf van Mexico heeft een prachtig uitzicht en uw eigen terras, zodat u direct naar het witte zandstrand kunt lopen! Op 840 vierkante meter, zult u genieten van de 1 slaapkamer, samen met een hal met een stapelbed en 1. 5 badkamers. Dit prachtige appartement slaapt maximaal 6 personen. Het beschikt over tegelvloeren via het appartement en een woon / eetkamer met uitzicht op uw patio en het zwembad. De volledig uitgeruste, bijgewerkte keuken met granieten aanrechtbladen zal een genot zijn om te entertainen. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en er is een queensize slaapbank in de woonkamer. Dus kom ontspannen en geniet van dit appartement aan het strand dat ook een verwarmd zwembad aan de strandzijde, een jacuzzi en een gasbarbecue voor uw gebruik biedt.
    Dit is een niet-roken appartement. Om te reserveren moet u ouder zijn dan 25 jaar of een wettelijke voogd hebben die het hele verblijf in de accommodatie verblijft.

It was very uncomfortable and felt cheap. Nevertheless, we will be back.

Great time relaxing on the beach. Condo/property was just OK.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean. Mattresses were horrific. Master BR was like sleeping on concrete. Twin bunks must have the original cheap terrible mattresses from the early 80s when the condo was built. Had to double them up so our child could tolerate sleeping on them. Absurd that the property places receptacles for cigarettes next to the benches by the grills so you have to grill among the chain smokers which is absolutely disgusting. The pool heater was obviously not on some of the days which was disappointing because the pool was advertised as heated in the condo description for the week we stayed. Aside from these few things we had a relaxing time. Upgrade the mattresses, relocate the chain smokers to somewhere else on the property, and heat the pool as advertised and the property would be a great bang for the buck. It would also be a huge plus if the sliding patio doors could be locked from the outside so we didn't have to walk around every time we came back from the beach. This obviously applies to the first floor units which is the only ones we stay in because we have a child with special needs. Would definitely stay at this property again but likely would try and stay in a different first floor condo in hopes of getting one with upgraded mattresses.

These two places are very simular. I would stay here again. It was very clean. Easy access to everything. I love that it is only three stories high. Therefore it was less crowded. Loved the back patio. We had a great trip!

Amazing beachfront property

Our family of five fit nicely in this condo and we loved our stay here! The easy access to the beach and ocean will absolutely have us coming back year after year. Having young children and this kind of access is just so convenient. We love Destin Beach Club and unit 114 did not disappoint. It was beautifully decorated yet still child friendly. Thank you for an awesome experience! See you next year!
