  • Bienvenue dans ce magnifique immeuble de trois étages situé directement sur le golfe du Mexique. Sortez de votre porte et marchez jusqu'à la belle plage. Vous aurez votre propre plage privée qui n’est jamais encombrée comme les autres copropriétés en hauteur de la région. Et vous aurez deux chaises de plage et un parasol en attente de votre utilisation personnelle chaque matin pendant les mois d'été. Prenez l’ascenseur jusqu’au deuxième étage du Destin Seafarer comprenant une chambre avec lit king-size et une salle de bain, une laveuse et une sécheuse dans le condo, un canapé-lit queen-size, une connexion WIFI gratuite et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Le salon / salle à manger offre un balcon privé donnant sur le golfe du Mexique et même sur votre propre bar! Jouez dans la piscine chauffée en bord de mer et le bain à remous ou sortez sur l'une des plus belles plages du monde.

This unit was absolutely perfect! Just steps away from the beach and the beach setup was a plus. Not many condos offer the beach setup without paying an additional fee, so that was a selling point for me. The unit was very clean and the bed was comfy. The front desk was very friendly. The unit did not come with salt, pepper, dish soap or a dish brush, so add those to your packing list. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again!

It was nice and modern. Only thing I would change is I wish it had a Keurig instead of a big coffee pot.

Only 75ft to the white sands beach. We walked it many times and even walked to the Back Porch restaurant from there. Very close with awesome food. Our view was most awesome. Spent a lot of time enjoying the ocean view from our balcony. The room was perfect and very comfortable. The management was very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend staying here and we will do it again.

Can walk to restaurants, go karts,mini golf. Staff in the office were great. Would definitely stay here again. Only downsides if I had to complain about something : bedroom on street side and not much sound dampening, definitely some noises heard at night. Outside of the building not as nice as the inside. Definitely needs some maintenance work.

Fantastic Stay

Everything was great. You can comfortably fit 6 people (maybe more). We had an awesome stay. Please remember not to overload the washer and make sure that you close the sliding doors when you open the entry door. You should never have them open at the same time. We will definitely be going back.

Home away from home!

We have been coming to Destin for over 25 years and watched it change and grow. We have seen some beautiful units and some “not so beautiful” units over the years. I was a little concerned because this is an older property. But the reviews were great so we took a chance. And thank goodness!! This unit was fabulous!! Updated and perfectly clean. All the way to the baseboards! It matters. And we are so grateful! The location is amazing for easy walks to The Back Porch for dinners and to The Track for go carts every afternoon after a day at the beach. The office staff and John at the beach were amazing!! And oh- The Seafarer is not a huge complex so it’s truly a slice of private heaven on the beach because it’s not overrun with people. We could not have asked for anything more. Thank you for opening your home to us!!! We will be back!! Xoxo
