'On our second night we called down to the front desk become a couole of families were screaming and slammind doors. They said that they would ensure it stops by 9pm, that's late for some of us. It continued and started again by 5 am the next morning so we got up and left, way too early. Then I got a text that they were charging me $15 extra dollars for make-up stained hand towels. How could they know they were stained, they hadn't been washed? Just not a good experience along with zero sleep...

'The staff was very helpful. Instructive from the time we arrived. Elevator was not lit inside, no actually none ceiling panel, button panel wasn't lit. It was functional, but not professional, extremely disregard and disrepair. The phone in the room didn't work at all. The breakfast has more options for condiments, than actual food to eat with them. Pool is closed indefinitely, a view that a prison inmate might be envious of... Maybe. '

The hot tub was non-functioning, which sucks because the hot tub is part of the reason I booked the room. All in all it was not a great experience.'
