'Le camere erano carine, pulite e fornite di tutto ma l’organizzazione è stata molto scadente. Non avevano avvisato la signora delle pulizie e siamo potute entrare in casa solo la sera. Inoltre non funzionava la caldaia, il riscaldamento e il gas.'

'Casa immersa nel verde ma con la possibilità di raggiungere velocemente tutte le attrazzioni turistiche umbre. Ideale per chi vuole girare e poi tornare a rilassarsi nella quiete della natura. Monia inoltre e una padrona di casa attentissima ed amante della sua terra che ci ha fatto conoscere dei posti veramente splendidi e fuori dalle comuni rotte del turismo'

'Bellissima location nel punto panoramico di Spello. Accoglienza perfetta, ci ha ache aiutato a fare le manovre per parcheggiare. Letto comodo ed essendo inverno ci ha assegnato una camera calda e confortevole. Spero di trovare posto qui, la prossima volta che visiterò Spello.'

'This was a beautiful piece of property to stay at in the city of Assisi. It was in a location that was very easy to access all the major Catholic holy sites. We took the city bus line up from the train station and were within a manageable walking distance from the bus stop. There are plenty of nice restaurants and cafes near by. A major plus was having the police station just down the block, so we felt extremely safe walking around at night.'

'It’s a lovely space with very friendly people. The pool is great with a breathtaking view. The view off the lake is fantastic. The apartment is specious and has good view on the Trasimeno lake. The owner Jacopo is the best. He has a lot of good ideas of the area and food. The children enjoyed the gaming room with the ping pong etc. We would really love to come here again.'

'The bed is the most uncomfortable and feels a piece of wood. Gave us backache every day. The owner should buy a new mattress!!!! One has to find an outlet to the toaster and everything. It was the worst we have stayed in VRBO. .'

'Logement très atypique spacieux et confortable. La fraîcheur induite des vieux murs en pierre a été un vrai plus vu la température extérieure. Top le tri des poubelles dans la cuisine. Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !'

'Even though this house was out of the way it was comfortable, spacious and provided us with a serene space after each day of sight seeing and travel in both Umbria and Tuscany. It was just what we were looking for to accomodate our family group and we enjoyed many good times. The siting of the apartment was a plus as we were able to witness beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our eyrie.'

'As they say in real estate, the 3 most important factors are: location, location, location. This apartment is in the center of historic Perugia. Quiet neighborhood. We were attending the University for Strangers to learn Italian and had a short 7-8 minute walk to school. Near restaurants, pizzerias, shopping and 3 minutes to the main piazza and cathedral. Charming, cozy apartment is best for 2 people, more would be crowded. Host is very responsive and accommodating although not nearby. We walked...

'Mooie uitzichten. Minpunt; warmwatervoorziening heeft ernstig onderhoud nodig ivm veel kalkaanslag. Internet zou makkelijk in voorzien kunnen worden door een draadloze verbinding. Dan is het eenvoudig om plaatsen en bezienswaardigheden op te zoeken. In de bars beneden werkt internet free niet. '
