Cozy House
We were in town for the long weekend and had several activities planned near downtown. This house is located very close to downtown so it was perfect. The house was very clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. We happened to be in town during the polar vortex so the temperature was -9 during our stay but we had no issues staying warm in the house and we had plenty of hot water for all 4 people. Communication and instructions from the host was excellent throughout our trip.

Convenient
It was an easily accessible location. Home was tidy and roomy. It worked perfectly for what we needed it for as we were there for a conference and gone most of the day. It was very reasonably priced.

Great Location and plenty of room
As title suggests, the property was in a pretty central location for red rocks, downtown Denver, other hiking spots. Immediately off the highway too, so it was an easy jumpstart to any location.

A great stay
We stayed here for 10days in August. It was a good, quiet location with amenities nearby. The rooms were clean and spacious with everything we needed.

Wasn't the best
We stayed here for 2 nights. Unfortunately it wasn't the best. The house looked nice inside. But upon arrival first thing we see is a used dental floss stick on the floor by the sofa. We saw wine in the wine rack and reached out to the owner to see if it was for guests or not and had no response. I will say the owner let us check in early but after that they never responded again to anything. The final straw was when we woke up early on the last morning to find earwig's in the master bed. We didn't even stay until check out time. We packed up and left right then.(4AM)

The wine is not for guests. Sorry we didn’t make that clear. As for the earwig… I am sorry a small critter happened to sneak in during your stay. We will be sure to tell our cleaners to double check everything before departing.

Great Place!!
I booked this place for a birthday trip and it was absolutely amazing! We went to red rocks one night and the drive was quick and easy, which was a great plus. Really close to Denver as well. Serge was quick to respond to my questions and was accommodating which made my trip here that much better. Would recommend!!!

Average House with a lack of necesssities
Check-in was 4 p.m. but when we arrived at 4:30 house cleaner was still there and had to take sheets out to do them elsewhere. That night which was in the low 20's my family had only sheets to sleep with. There were no wash cloths, bath rug in main bath, extra towels, dish soap and a load of dirty dishes was left for us. It was a family vacation that lacked in comfort. I could on but I hope everyone gets the picture.

Due to the extreme weather conditions, our cleaners fell behind schedule. We actually went above and beyond for this guest & rectified all her concerns. In response, she threatened to defame us on social media and give our business a low star review.

Easy travel
We really only slept at the location as we were visiting with a friend at Craig Rehabilitation Hospital. It was about a 20 minute drive but all on main roads. This home certainly was suitable for our needs. Serge was easy to reach and communicated rules and needs timely. It was a great stay.

Denver stay
The 3 bedroom house fit our needs of a family of 4 that includes 2 teenagers. Location is in a neighborhood but close access to the highway to get around Denver but without highway noise. Everything was clean and organized inside the house. Great place to use as a base to explore the greater Denver area. Recommend renting this house.
