The house is located at the end of the El Palmar residential area, in a small closed complex consisting of four individual housing units.

The house has two floors and is distributed as follows:

On the lower floor there is an open kitchen with an American bar, equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, water boiler, filter coffee maker, large fridge with freezer and washing machine.

The living-dining room with satellite TV has air conditioning and has a direct exit to the covered terrace, garden and pool.

On the ground floor we find a double bedroom with air conditioning, mosquito nets and opposite the room a bathroom with shower.

On the upper floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a balcony, and a bedroom with a double bed and a small terrace. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

The house has a private parking space within the plot for one car.

Distance to sandy beach 600m, bars and restaurants 350m, supermarkets 700m and to the centre of Denia 4.5 km.
