Sunny apartment with salt water pool, whirlpool, mountain view

Enjoy your vacation in our sunny apartment with a view of the sea and Mount Denias (the sleeping elephant - the Montgo). From the roof terrace you can experience wonderful sunsets and end the day comfortably.

The apartment is close to the beautiful sandy beach of Denia "Playa marinetta casiana" (approx. 1.2 km) and close to various shops (e.g. Lidl, Mercadona, Carrefour). Nice bars and restaurants are easily accessible on foot or by car. Denia offers a sweet shopping arcade with small local shops.

Various water sports can be tried out or learned right on the nearby "Playa marinetta casiana" beach. If you prefer more action, you can also try kitesurfing, water skiing or jet skiing at the port of Denia. The ferry to Ibiza leaves daily from the same port.

Our apartment is ideal for couples or families. The unit was only renovated in 2017 and offers the same comfort as in your own home. The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-story house. Both apartments of the house can be reached through separate house entrances. Various parking spaces are available on the property and in front of the house entrance.

A well-tended garden with palm trees and various local plants surrounds the property and invites you to linger. In the back of the garden there is a separate area with different trees of local fruits such as mandarins, figs, pomelos or even lemons, which can be picked and eaten with pleasure. There is a sandpit and a variety of pool toys for younger guests.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own entrance through a large sunny terrace. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with king-size beds and a room with a bunk bed. Each of these rooms is equipped with air conditioning that can be used for cooling or warming depending on the season. In addition to the bedrooms, there are 2 bathrooms, a dining area and a living room (also with air conditioning). The existing kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. Satellite TV and and a fast and free Wi-Fi, sufficient bed linen, including beach towels, are available. All windows have mosquito nets.

From the sunny terrace you have direct access to a salt water pool and a whirlpool (with chlorine). The property and the two pools are exclusively reserved for our guests. In the basement there is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer as well as storage space for additional use.
