It boasts three outdoor terraces, front and back garden and a swimming pool. It is only 3 minutes away on foot from the beach. Want a drink? The cafes are only about 5 minute walk away. Would like to explore the town? Only 15 minutes away on foot. If you like adventures - 10 min drive will take you to the start of the Montgo trail.

The space

Our property is airconditioned throughout. Each room has in-built wardrobes with plenty of storage. There is Wifi (fibre optic internet, 500 Mbps).

This property is our family second home and as such it is equipped with all the essentials you may need - from the sun loungers and beach towels to pots and pans to the coffee maker :)

Our house is a gem set in a quiet community, between the mount Montgo and the sea. Therefore, brilliant for a relaxing vacation or remote working. However, it is only several minutes away from the beach and cafes and only 15 minutes walk away from the town centre if you miss hustle and bustle. For more adventurous holiday makers there are plenty of trails and mountain hikes in the wider area as well as the water sports' schools nearby.

As Denia is also widely knowns as cyclists' paradise, our house also has a shed to store your bicycles if you wish to bring them.

Denia and the wider regions of Alicante and Valencia have plenty to offer for all tastes - from pristine beaches to art, from world-class local cuisine to outdoor adventures. We come back here now and again to experience and re-experience all of this and to recharge our batteries. We would warmly welcome you too!

Other things to note

As the swimming pool and the stairs are not protected, this property is not suitable for families with young children. We also do not provide any items for infants or toddlers, such as high-chairs or cribs.
