Spend your days lounging by the pool, gathering around the dining table, cooking together, or simply curling up with a good book, Blue Paradise makes it effortless to settle in and enjoy your time away.

🌴 Outdoor Paradise
The backyard is the heart of the home. Take a refreshing swim in the private heated pool, stretch out on the poolside loungers, or unwind in the covered outdoor lounge surrounded by lush tropical greenery. The spacious, fully fenced backyard gives you room to soak up the Florida sunshine while keeping things private.

The covered outdoor area is a comfortable hangout spot day or night, with seating, an outdoor TV, and a grill for easy meals at home. As evening settles in, the pool and surrounding landscape set the stage for slowing down and enjoying the warm Florida air.

The pool is automatically heated based on current water temperature and monitored by property management. For everyone's safety, please don't touch or adjust the pool equipment.

🐾 Pet-Friendly Outdoor Space
Blue Paradise was made with four-legged guests in mind. The fully fenced backyard gives approved pets plenty of room to roam, and a dog-washing station on the north side of the home makes cleanup a breeze after a day of exploring or playing outside.

Inside, you'll find a bright, open layout with comfortable blue furnishings, coastal-inspired artwork, and plenty of room to relax. Whether you're settling in for a movie, catching up with your group, or just taking a break from the sun, the living space flows easily into the dining and kitchen areas, keeping everyone together.

🍽️ Dining Area
The dining space is made for gathering, from a relaxed breakfast before heading out to dinner with family and friends. It's also a great spot to slow down over coffee, play a game, or just enjoy each other's company without leaving the house.

🍳 Kitchen With Character
The bright, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, hand mixer, cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and pantry space.

One standout feature: a restored 1953 Tappan Deluxe stove and oven, a vintage centerpiece that adds real character to an otherwise modern, functional kitchen. It operates a bit differently from modern appliances, so instructions are provided in the home, just take care when using it.

Two comfortable bedrooms give you a peaceful place to rest after a day of swimming, sightseeing, or exploring.

Primary Bedroom: comfortable bed, fresh linens, calming blue-and-white accents
Second Bedroom: an inviting space for family, friends, or extra guests

🚿 Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms, clean, modern, and thoughtfully appointed for convenience and privacy.

🧺 Laundry
A dedicated laundry area with a washer and dryer, plus cleaning supplies, an iron and board, and extra storage space, ideal for longer stays.

📺 Entertainment & Relaxation
Watch TV from the living room, catch a show on the outdoor TV from the covered patio, or just put your feet up and take in the tropical surroundings. Blue Paradise works just as well for a lazy day indoors as it does for a full day by the pool.

🐾 Pet Policy
One dog may be permitted with prior written approval and an additional fee. Please share your dog's breed and weight when inquiring. Dogs under 1 year old and certain breeds, including Labradors, are not permitted. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine. Protective couch covers are provided for approved pets, and pets should always be supervised around the pool and outdoor areas.

🔐 A Few Things to Know
The home has specific procedures for the front and back doors, please review the instructions in the Digital Welcome Guide upon arrival. Guests are responsible for the safety of themselves and their group, including children, around the pool and outdoor areas, no one should be left unattended near the water. A fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink, with additional emergency info provided in the home.
