« First the pros, the unit was large with lots of open space, including two large beds in the guest bedroom. The location is great, walking distance to bustling Atlantic Ave. and the beach. The cons. If you're an early riser, great. Construction on the property next door starts at 7 am, the perfect alarm clock. If you're a senior or have young children, there's a steep staircase to get up to the second floor, which made it very challenging. Prepare to buy your own dishwashing pods and laundry pods...

« Carlos was great with communication. The location was exactly what we were looking for, we walked to shops and restaurants easily. The neighborhood was lovely and I felt very safe. The unit itself was sweetly renovated and appointed with everything we could need. I would have loved an additional wall mirror somewhere; my hubby and I were throwing elbows in the bathroom! But, really everything was more than we expected. Thank you, Carlos! »
