This is the worst hotel that I had ever stayed in my life! I had at 2:00 am and the entire hotel staff was fast asleep although they were notified of my late arrival. The cabbie yelled and screamed and got them to open the gate. At check-in they informed their room key card machine was out of order and they can't give me any keys. Each time I left the room, I had to call the hotel staff to open the door with the master key. The air-conditioner does not work so they have ceiling fans in every room! Although the fan is shown to have multiple speeds it had only one speed - full speed. The hotel staff informed the mineral water they supplied in the rooms was not of good quality and for extra charge they can provide me better quality water. Breakfast spread is minimal to say the least. Next day, I had a guest come to visit me. She is a very well known socialite in Delhi. First the front desk called me and asked me to come down and identify my guest. I went down to the shabby lobby and identified her. Then they wanted to see her photo ID and she showed it to them. Then they asked her to leave her photo ID with them while she visited me. She found it extremely insulting and refused to come in. I too was aghast at the rude and mean behavior of the hotel staff. I was scheduled to stay for about 3 weeks and left in less than 24 hours. Stay away from this hotel that lacks basic amenities and run by a bunch of untrained morons!!

I have investigated on the issue and found that due to technical error our key card machine did not work during that period, in regards to the id proof for outsider guest, it’s a hotel policy to take id proof from every outsider guest for the safety of guest and hotel. we are extremely apologies on behalf of our team for the inconvenience caused to you Thank you again for your review, do plan another stay with us so that we can ensure a glitch-free stay experience for you and your loved ones. Nice hotel. Conveniently located.
We had a very enjoyable stay at the Muse. The staff is very prompt, courteous, and efficient. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet is good, but you can also order room service 24/7. Their paneer and chicken items are especially good!!

Overpriced
When I checked in there was no parking for me . The staff didn’t even bother to unload my luggage and asked me to go park on the road outside . I had asked for an Airport drop at 5 , but car was not ready on time . I was rudely woken up at 6:44 am by a clueless employee who asked me if I wanted a shaving kit .. apparently he Dialed the wrong room 😡. The food was good and I did get the soft pillow I asked for , so that was good . Overall for the service this hotel is terribly overpriced. The staff needs a lot of training.

Very Good stay
Very good stay. Positives: Excellent service from everyone..check in / Check Out - both very good experience, Concierge, house keeping, even the guys who receive you at the gates..very good service. Not so great: wifi can be a bit shaky once in a while. I had a couple of times when there were minor issues but they were al resolved fast. Wifi speeds were all acceptable. Location is good...the Nehru Place Metro station is around 7-10 minutes walk..lots of pubs and food options. Will definitely stay here again and recommend this property if you are looking for clean, decently priced stay in New Delhi.

Good property in the heart of major business area....it's renovated though not a new building. We stayed a one night only so not much of experience on everything little bit expensive on the pricing part compare to quality they are offering.....breakfast was good. Overall a good experience.

My experience with this hotel was better than my expectations. Rooms were clean and nice.Overall it was good. My only complain would be the food, it was as good as expecting. If you miss the free buffet breakfast then you only limited choices to pick from. Rating: 7.5/10

A lovely Oasis in Miserable Heat
I was really pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. I really had low expectations since it wasn't terribly expensive. But it really is a top notch hotel. My room was clean, comfortable and had every comfort I could have ever needed. Staff was very helpful and professional. Driver to the airport at the miserable hour of 2am was a safe driver. Room service of French Fries and a coke was super fast and even more tasty than I could have hoped...Yes I know it was just some fries, but they were seasoned and came with ketchup and mustard on the side. Can't ask for much more! And best of all...excellent A/C. It was 111 degrees F outside when I stayed there and the air conditioning was a key feature. Couldn't be happier.

Decent Stay. Not worth the price that they ask.
Stay was not great but was good enough. My booking was done 4 days in advance and I had asked for KingSize but I when I arrived, I was given double bed and then they tried to put me in that room saying that there is no availability. After telling them firmly that I wont settle for anything lesser than KingSize bed, they finally gave me another room (which I believe was already available). Now for the Pros and cons: Pros: 1. Location is very near to Nehru Place Market (less than a km); 2. Near also to the Nehru place metro station (about 1.5km). There are several good joints in the Epicuria Mall in the Metro Station for all your eating and drinking needs. 3. Property is good and while it is right on the main road, you don't hear the traffic inside. 4. The breakfast spread, while not great is good enough. Cons: 1. Bathroom had a leak. there was water logging. 2. The food is quite expensive and for this price, its not nearly good.

Overall it's a decent hotel and i have stayed here before when the better hotels in the vicinity are fully booked. But this time i stayed in room 1133 and i faced major challenges in connecting to the WiFi. It just doesn't work. When you take a shower, the entire bathroom gets flooded with water. Bathroom towels can be cleaner.

Struggle to get drinking water
They have norm to provide only a bottle of water and if you need more then struggle start from there. 1st - they will send RO water (15 mins). If you ask for bottled water then someone tell you it is chargeable. Ok so what next? Sir, please call room service for Himalaya water. What rubbish? I need same water that you have in room. Ok then waiting time start again. Nobody will turn up for next 30 mins. What you will do? Call again at reception. This time someone will say that our manager has asked us to provide single bottle. But I need more. Ok sir, give me time to send it. Finally after 1.30 hours you will get water. This happened for 4 days. Why they don't charge 50 INR extra and provide more water? Traveller - better to carry 4-5 water bottle if planning to stay here. They will have 10 rupees biscuit in room on the name imported biscuit to charge 40-50 rupees but will not give you water.

Hotels.Comの地図に表示されている場所と、実際のhotelの場所が違いました。 用務先近傍のホテルを選択したつもりが、まったく異なる場所に泊まることになってしまい、また、周りにレストランなどがほとんど存在せず、非常に残念な滞在となりました。 掲載されている住所は実際の住所のようですので、このホテルを選択される場合は、ほかのWEBサイト等で場所を事前に確認しておくことをお勧めします。 ホテル自体は非常にきれいで、従業員の方々の対応も満足のいくものでした。 ホテル内のレストランではアルコールが提供されていません(2014年12月時点で)ので、ほかのレストランを探したのですが、徒歩圏には別のホテルのレストランが1件あったのみでした。

Nice hotel overall.
We stayed there for three nights. The room itself was great. Our only complaint would be about service outside of the room. As we have grown to expect, Indian hotels typically can't match U.S. hotels in terms of service and attention to detail. We requested that a car be ready at a certain time. They affirmed this request, but were unprepared when the time came. The restaraunt was OK, but sometimes wasn't open on time, or didn't have all of the menu items available. Finally, they decided to leave the front doors open one day--presumably to save on electricity. We seemed to be the only ones to notice the incredible amount of bugs crawling all over the restaraunt and lobby floor as a result. Nevertheless, our experience here was above average for India. I would recommend it. We will perhaps even stay there again ourselves.

Good hotel, close to the Bahai House of Worship
The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure I had my needs met. One desk clerk stayed 1/2 hour past his shift to make sure that I got my taxi to the airport without any problems. The supervisor of housekeeping was very attentive and helped me with whatever problem I had in my room. The desk clerk went outside and got me a transport to the Bahai House of Worship for a reasonable price. They made sure in every way that I was happy with my stay. I would very much recommend this hotel.

The front office was pathetic. Do not think I will ever take this hotel again. Even though the hotel may be good, if you do not render good service and be polite to your customers, no one would like to stay again.

Terrible location close to the Nehru Place Flyover
AC was not working and after repeated reminders and several visit by the technitian nothing changed. Internet connection is very slow or does not work so please make sure you have a rocket stick with you. Access to the hotel is terrible and none of the taxis know where it is so trying to get back to the hotel is almost impossible, we had ask a couple of people on how to get back to the hotel. the taxi provided by the hotel is comfortable but very expensive compared to other taxis. obo 1400 rs for 4 hrs plus taxes

We just stay one night and when we arrived it was midnight, we ordered some room services it was OK, but we were disappointed about the next day breakfast not so much choice. However the room is clean and comfort, when we stay their phone in the room was not working hope then fix them later.

Good Hotel for a day
The hotel was nice, however, the service was horrible. The rooms lacked basic ameneties (soap, mouthwash) and when i called the front desk for toothpaste at 7pm, it arrived at 9am the following day. The breakfast was not good as well. For $72 i would have booked the Ashton Sarovar. It has smaller rooms, but the service is great.

Good business hotel. Service levels are a little weak. Breakfast is ordinary and spread limited. However, good location and comfortable rooms make up for the shortfall in service. Good for business as it is close to a metro station (Nehru Place).
