Bed was unusually soft for India and thebpillows amazing. Room and fellow guests very quiet overall. Appreciated. Near metro and street vendors and Connaught place so lots of options nearby for food etc. Good wifi and helpful front desk.

Worst Hotel at Prime Location
Third grade property. Third grade staff. Worst is this hotel is situated at Caunaught place and at 11 pm the entire room service including dining closes and nothing is available. Horrible experience. I had to call food from out side restaurant though Swiggy. Worst place. Don't recommend anybody to go to this property.

Very average. Had to wait more than 20 minutes at the reception to get room allotted (which is pre-booked and we had checked-in only at 6.00 PM). Pillows were soiled. Service is below average. We were attended only after 3 hours of complaining. Food also not good (we have ordered pasta and garlic bread). Not value for money.

The property was close to CP and allowed for walking distance to many shops and restaurants and the staff was great. The rooms were a little dated and dusty but overall clean and taken care of. AC was slow and took several hours to bring down the temperature and the breakfast had many choices. Don't get rid of the watermelon juice it was the highlight of my stay

Check-in process was efficient though the front desk was not very friendly. Room condition was disappointing with dated furniture. The non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke and, after the front desk promised to send housekeeping to come take a look, no one showed up. On the second call, the front desk was dismissive. Breakfast next morning was quite lacking and disappointing. Overall, location next to Connaught Place is awesome, but, for a 4-star hotel, it was mediocre at best.

Excellent hotel, fantastic staff and very comfortable rooms. This was my second visit in Delhi and I decided to use the Hans again. Cannot fault this hotel!

Really bad experience specially with checkin and checkout. Bad tempered staff and walls were with mold.

All other things wer eithr OK or Pleasing, but their plumbing services were highly improvable. The drippage of the shower and the sink in the bathroom was clogged, and complained about, but nothing happened in the 3 nights I was there.
