On a good note, the gym is absolutely amazing. Huge and a lot of equipment not available at other hotel gyms in Delhi. Nothing else in this hotel is positive, unfortunately. It smells unbelievably bad in public areas, although the stink thankfully doesn’t enter the room. Rooms are ok. Quite dirty and badly maintained. The worst thing, though, is the mismanagement. I stayed for 3 nights through an Expedia booking where I should pay at the hotel, but Expedia had my credit card for holding the room. The hotel charged the first night on my USA credit card, I think as a no-show because I checked in late due to a late-night flight. Then when I checked out they charged the 3 nights on my local credit card. So I ended up with a double charge. Calling Expedia, the hotel, and the credit card all got me nowhere, so I decided to book the hotel for another night on the next time I was flying through Delhi. This way I was able to speak to management in person, show them all the receipts and charges and they assured me that they would refund the double charge. Well, a month later, no refund…and no reply to my calls and messages. It’s pretty unbelievable. But you will understand if you book there.

The stay was average overall. The property certainly does not feel like a Five star property. Positives: 1) Staff was definitely very professional and friendly. 2) Food selection and quality was great. Negatives: 1) We were on the 9th floor and the room and the whole floor smelt like Sewer. We were given the option to change rooms but because the whole floor smelt bad, didnt seem reasonable. I asked for an air freshener in the room, but the staff refused to leave one in the room and would only allow someone to come and spray. 2) Beer bottle openers in the room did not function and took the staff over an hour to get bottle opener for the room. 3) Bathroom faucets and such were starting to show rust. 4) We returned from a wedding at 4am and the phone lines to the concierge were not functioning.

Definitely recommend
Overall, I would recommend. I felt safe being there as there was security to get through. The staff inside and outside were great and always ready to help. The room was a great size in accommodating three persons. The tub looked a little dirty but I had no intentions of using it. Otherwise, it was clean and the bed was super comfy. Also, the WiFi was a little spotty. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

This place is not even close to an any star hotel. The only thing good about is that all the staff are friendly and helpful. As for the property, worse hotel I had ever visited. The rooms are out dated and minimalist maintained. All floor carpets are smelly and old. Bathrooms are also minimalist maintained. The worse of everything is the smell and noise. They have function / party every night in the ground floor which starts with loud noise from middle of the night till 5AM every day. I was using my noise canceling headphones to sleep. Another worse thing is the banquet hall has open kitchen outside the hotel windows and the rooms smell strong oil all the time.

We had to change our room thrice during a 4 day stay. first room: reeked of cigarette smoke second room: dirty, looked like it wasn't cleaned since previous guests left third room: A/C stopped working. A few hours after that, water started leaking from the bathroom roof Very poorly trained staff. I honestly don't know how is this a 5 star hotel

I had a disappointing experience at Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar. The room was plagued with issues like bugs, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The food quality was subpar, and the service from the hotel staff was unsatisfactory. To make matters worse, I got stuck in a malfunctioning elevator due to broken equipment. Overall, it's the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

this property is pretty poorly maintained and its surprising that Radison hasn't enforced higher standards. The front facing surface of the check in desk is dirty, filled with smudges and cracks. If they can't keep that clean, there isn't much hope for the rest. We were given a no-smoking room on a no smoking floor that smelled so strongly of smoke that we had to move. Mirrors and other surfaces were full of smudges and hand prints--even in our room. While the pool seemed clean, the deck on the pool had cracks and was also poorly maintained.

First of all I want to clarify that this isn’t a bad review on hard working performing cleaning staff on my floor or dining room attendants who made sure my cup of tea is full. They are probably the reason why people stay in this terrible property. First nice welcoming mosquitos, and the receptionist who is almost devoid of greeting enthusiasm but quick to offer welcome drinks. You probably need lots and lots of blood to feed these hungry mosquitoes so better remain hydrated with blood as sweet and good tasting for a feast. So if you happen to smash a fat mosquito in morning you better turn service on for cleanup of bloody murder scene. Some wise person said there is abundance of both mosquitoes and politicians in Delhi however only mosquitoes happen to do all the hard work & be the fall guy too! Second is the marriage hall next to hotel providing all day-free entertainment which comes free till late in night, yes 1 AM. Top quality entertainment so good that my ears are still ringing with same tune a day after returning back home. For people traveling from USA it’s a blessing in disguise as you can hardly sleep at nights after a day of hard work so you hardly feel jet legged returning back to USA to delight of your manager seeing no productivity decline post India travel. To the credit of service no requests take less than 25 minutes and a shout on phone to the top of my lungs. No matter it’s replacing bad wireless key to empty all out mosquito repellent.

When we checked in the room wasn’t cleaned properly. There were hair all over the bathroom and on the bed. Food was on the floor and wasn’t cleaned properly. When we asked for a change of room front desk was rude and didn’t allow us to change. We had to ask for room service guy to come and clean the room completely. That took 1 hr and it was all during 2AM in the morning. I am never going to stay with them again.
