The space
First floor apartment in the heart of South Delhi, within 2kms of Select City Walk, DLF Avenue, and Max Hospital Saket. Stone's throw away from Saket Metro Station.

Upon entering, you'll find two grand lobbies with seating for 18 guests, beautifully lit with chandeliers. The dining area seats six and is adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen and premium appliances.

Bedrooms: Spacious and luxurious with king sized beds, en-suite spa-like bathrooms with bathtubs, private balconies, walk-in wardrobes, dedicated work desks, 2024 Smart LG TVs with streaming, massive windows and ample sunlight, blackout blinds and premium bed and bath linen.

Kitchen: Stovetop with Chimney, Microwave, Fridge, RO Water Purifiers, Blender, Toaster, Electric Kettle, Egg Boiler & Air Fryer. Cooking utensils, cutlery & plates/etc as well as grocery staples (tea, coffee, sugar, spices etc) provided.

40 minutes from IGI airport, there is a slight potential for little noise when a plane flies over.

Please read carefully: you will be getting 3 bedrooms at the price you see, but you can get additional bedroom for Rs 3,000 per night which is on the ground floor. If you need the extra bedroom, please mention it during your inquiry message to me. This will be subject to availability. This extra room has been made available from April 10 2025 onwards.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 1st floor 3-bedrooms with large living room and kitchen and drawing room.

The garden is shared with the ground floor.

If you have chosen the 4th bedroom also at an additional cost of Rs. 3,000 per night, you will have the access seperately on the ground floor.

॰ Food: Order in or dine at top-rated restaurants in close proximity. Get home delivery via Zomato/Swiggy. Cook for yourself in our kitchen, get grocery in under 10 mins via Instamart/Blinkit.

॰ Nearby: 3 cinemas in a 10 mins radius, multiple shopping malls (Select City, DLF Avenue), 40 minutes from IGI airport (likely to be on top of the flight path) and fast food & local hot spots. Qutub Minar, Garden of 5 Senses, Kiran Nadar Museum, Hauz Khas Village, Sanjay Van, Bhatti Asola Bird Sanctuary, Tughlaqabad Fort, Safdarjung Tomb - all are within range.
