Ignore this hotel like a disease
What a horrible experience. I booked an extra room thinking the hotel would be nice. The location was bad, toilet was broken which they didn’t fix, no hot water, the reception didn’t even respond to the request, and the room was dirty.

Horrible hotel and location; not worth it
I booked 2 rooms with king beds but they only gave us 1 king. Toilet flush was broken, no hot water, AC was broken, and property is not in a good location. We called to fix some things many times but they never came.
During check out, we saw another family yelling about these issues asking for refund. I would like refund for my rooms too. I would never come back here.
Hotel staff was nice so this review is only for the hotel.

Lacks proper maintenance, though the room was good sized, neat and clean.. the room was good, but lots of other small problems. e.g. the phone handset had a loose wire that kept falling off every time u pickup the handset, the Washroom Sink leaked all water onto the floor, no hot water to shower at 9am...disappointing.

Poor service
Very poor attitude of the manager. Always trying to sell buffet food service. Very poor quality taste of food. Restaurant had only 3 stewart for service. All food was always cold. Starter thrown in my plate as if we are animals.

OK stay
Over all rooms were quite big but the hotel should not rate it as a 5 star hotel as they have a long way to go. One of the lift was under renovation and in the other lift the button was not working. The room phone was missing some portion to show the buttons and the bathroom drain back flowed if the shower was turned to maximum.

(Pros) Property is good for staying in Dehradun area. Good dining options. Clean and comfortable stay.
(Cons) Very poor customer service experience for International Travelers.
We waited almost an hour for check-in. Front desk staff wasn't very proactive and waiting for manager to get all paper work in line before check-in. Manager took a lot of time to arrive at the front desk. Once Manager there, it didn't take a long time to resolve ale to and finally able to check-in.
No other complaints other than bad check-in experience.

Be truthful about ur exact distance from Mussoorie
Booking this hotel was a mistake for our intended trip to Mussoorie - we were mislead by the property location being shown as 16km from there. In reality it is as far as 40km.
We had booked two rooms with two adults in each. The check-in was bad - only person who spent time on the phone whilst we waited. There was no warmth in the reception or check-in process. We were given only one key per room rather than two per room as is generally the case.
The room itself was ok. We ordered beer in the room - we were told the hotel did not have any alcohol. Later on through another interaction we came to know they had whisky - we order 90ml. Whilst we were waiting we got a call that they can’t serve as the hotel only had 150ml left so may not be able to take second order. Finally with persuasion we were served 90ml.
The room only had one towel and one glass for two guests in one of the rooms.
Dinner was incredibly bad - too salty and of course we tasted the worst daal possible. Breakfast was equally unimpressive.
The digital clock at reception was not set to proper time.
Service was poor - no smile, no personal touch as if demotivated staff.
Good building, clean rooms with reasonable decor but being wasted - as how will this kind of experience bring people back or offer positive word of mouth.

The is very modern and spacious and clean. The food menu is limit and mostly caters for international guests. The only downside is that it is isolated to any activity such as shopping etc so cannot step outside for anything. The main town is 10kl!

Very good stay
Very good stay for 2 nights. Only disadvantage is located outside Dehradun city and nothing around. You need to go ISBT junction which is around 10 min. drive from hotel to find out restaurants. If you don't have your vehicle then you have to take public transport.

Pros:
1. Room lighting was great. Especially the room. Very creative. Big room. New.
2. Toiletries are pretty good. All Biotique products. However toothpaste, brush etc. is not provided.
3. Breakfast spread is very good. You can order also what you want.
4. Normally hotels have slow Wi-Fi. Their Wi-Fi was pretty fast.
Cons:
1. Mirror on the bathroom door. It should have been on the wardrobe.
2. Breakfast too expensive. Rs. 600 ($10) per person. Even with the room package it comes to the same cost.
3. It's very far from the city center.

Brilliant hotel. Amazing food.
It's a great hotel. The breakfast and the food in general is delicious.
Problems - swimming pool under construction.
- location is a problem if you do not have your own vehicle. It is about 5km from the main Dehradun city centre.
Other than that a brilliant place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place to relax, nothing interesting around
We stayed as a family in this hotel for 4 nights, our stay was pleasant. The staff very helpful especially at front desk. There was some issue with the AC in our room, but since they could not fix it, they gave us a free upgrade. Food is awesome in this place. Location wise not good as there are not much shops around and the neighborhood is not that good. There is a Buddhist monastery nearby, which is worth visiting

This is a newly built hotel.Location is remote and away from city and necessities also.Loads of power cuts room cooling is not that great and is nt that comfortable.Hotel staff is supportive but fooding is very costly and u don't have much dining options outside hotel perimeter also.
