'Nothing extraordinary but all things were OK.'

'Room was clean and cozy, though the pillows could have been better, but I've always been a fan of larger pillows. the bed was comfortable. The pool was nice and the staff very helpful'

'The room floors weren’t clean. Bathroom floors as well. They emptied the trash, made meds and stocked up clean towels daily but the floors were not cleaned. Couch in the room had stains. Friday had stains. Staff was helpful and responded to any issues but these things should have been cleaned in the first place.'

'This Tru was switching vendors so there was no soda or water to purchase. I was shocked and felt they should have purchased water that guests could just take for free. We ordered a pick up supper and ended up drinking water from the bathroom sink! Unacceptable'

'Our stay was disappointing due to noticeable issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The first floor had a strong smell of marijuana throughout our visit. Inside the room, the walls were covered in scuffs, there were visible stains on the ceiling, and the AC/heating unit was dirty, containing debris left behind from previous maintenance or lack of cleaning. The property is in clear need of better upkeep and general repairs.'
