Perfect for a family stay

Perfect place for our family. We spent most of our time relaxing, playing games and cooking with some fun trips into nearby Boone. The teens loved their downstairs area and we enjoyed the peace and quiet above :)

Perfect family time

I gathered with both of my daughters and their spouses for a fabulous Christmas celebration. The house was absolutely perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a delicious dinner and there was plenty of living and entertaining space. We absolutely loved it!

Lovely Cabin

We had a nice stay at this lovely cabin - it had a fantastic view from the back deck of the mountains! The rocking chairs on the deck were very much enjoyed. The kitchen was fully appointed: one of the best that we have experienced. We very much enjoyed the outdoor seating area; along with the cooler mountain weather. Susan was great to work with, especially when we had a little plumbing issue. We really appreciated your prompt response.

Great time!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The home was very clean and comfortable! The view was beautiful! We had everything we needed and enjoyed all the extra amenities this location had to offer. Our doggies enjoyed their stay as well, especially all the beautiful hikes Powder Horn has to offer. Wished we could have stayed longer!!

Cozy Cabin excellent for large group

Loved the space and layout. Older kids had their own hang out space in the basement and tween girls really enjoyed the loft. Kitchen and basic supplies were well equipped. Parking is tight but we were able to fit two cars in the driveway. Host was attentive precheck in and responded quickly upon arrival when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this property! It was perfect for 2 families with young kids. When I walked in I was surprised at how modern it was and so many windows. It’s a rarity that properties are even better than the pictures portray. Usually it’s the other way around. We loved it and hope to come back.

Sweet gem in lovely community

We LOVED our stay at MsBeeHavin! The views from the living spaces were incredible. The community had lots of gorgeous walking trails. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils you would need. Fooseball table downstairs was fun. There were lots of thoughtful touches throughout- down to a special mat with dog bowls! The management provided excellent communication and the home was exactly as pictured. Great place for a weekend with our teenage daughter and dog.

Exactly what we needed for a quick trip to Boone. Loved we could bring our dog. Plenty of space for family. Lot of stink bugs on property and house while we were there, but not a big deal.

Great place to be with family.

Perfect weekend getaway

Clean, easy access, great view, property management team attentive and great hiking trials. Our family includes 18, 19 and 21 year old “kids” and two pups. This cabin was a perfect accommodation for us all! Loved the fireplace, decks and almost like home kitchen..even a grill. Blankets to place on couch so the pups could snuggle. Rocking chairs to enjoy our coffee and view. We will be back again. Thank you!

Most relaxing vacation ever!

This cabin is awesome. The views from the cabin are amazing. We hiked everyday. You can access the trails just a short walk from cabin. One of the most beautiful places we have ever been. We never once ran into anyone else on the trails so we really were able to soak in the beauty for nature and reconnect as a family. We made dinner at the cabin each night and our girls had a blast hanging out in the basement watching movies. Definitely take the short drive to Banner Elk and Blowing Rock.

Perfect mountain weekend getaway!

We had such a great long weekend staying at this property! The location is perfect. So much to do within Powder Mountain, and close to Boone! We stayed with another family and our young children. There was plenty of room and great amenities for all of us. House was spotless and little touches throughout were so appreciated. Kitchen was well stocked too! Susan was so responsive and helpful. We’ll be back :)

Peaceful cabin, lots of hiking

This cabin was peaceful and had plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out and enjoy. Not a stunning mountain view, but three lovely private decks with peace and quiet. Great for stargazing. Beds were all comfortable. All needed linens and kitchen essentials were provided. The community is just lovely with so many hiking trails, a beautiful creek area, game room and pool at the clubhouse.

Beautiful cabin, incredible view!

Very clean, pretty decor, very relaxing space. Nice amenities, activities (board games and fooseball table) and well-stocked kitchen. Comfortanle beds and furniture. Incredible view, very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed tthe "neighborhood" activities lilke swimming and one of the hiking trails to a waterfall. It was noted as moderate in the guide, but I would categorize it as difficult with all the ropes needed to navigate the narrow and steep elevations. We enjoyed it though and loved that there were so many trails throughout the property.

Weekend get away

Beds are not comfortable Dead bugs in ceiling light in kitchen Right front burner on stove didn’t work Stink bugs keep flying around home Firewood not provided and will cost you over $100 for a cold weekend. This house is on a great property and the views are great. Could use focus on the details
