Villa's in Deadman's Reef

'Very clean. Nice people.'

'We stayed at this resort for a week there was nothing to do. everything on their wedsite was false information. the pool bar was closed down, the spa wasnt open, the pool and hot tub were dirty. The outdoor bar Coconuts was terrible and the batendars ignored you and they weren't busy at all. We found huge roaches in our condo and the front desk gave us a hard time with moving us to another building/condo. 1st condo had a broken dishwasher and fridge door, no wash clothes, trash outside our door...

'Het was gelegen aan een prachtige strand, maar daar blijft het ook bij. Bij het inchecken kregen we een hele vieze kamer met een nare geur (beestjes in de kast, wc die niet doorspoelt). Drie uur later werden we pas voorzien van een ‘nette’ kamer voor 1 nacht, om de volgende ochtend weer te verhuizen naar een andere kamer waar we daadwerkelijk voor geboekt hadden, namelijk de VISTA met volle zee zicht. Personeel leek het totaal niet naar hun zin te hebben, kwam amper goeiemorgen/middag vanaf. Als...
