Breathtaking views
I booked the property for the view and convenience to the beach. The room had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and the view was amazing. We could watch the sunrise from bed and there was a lot of dolphin activity every day. The beach access and pool were closed, so that was a little disappointing, but we still had a close beach access point beside the building. My only suggestion is to get rid of the vertical blinds and put up room darkening curtains that also cover the door to the balcony. The sun gets pretty warm coming through the glass. It was a great value for the money and we would recommend this unit.

Great Location
This property is in a great location. The view is stunning and the apartment is right in front of the beach. The communication with the owner was very good. The apartment has what you need. I think it has a little room for improvement regarding the cleaning and a few details of maintenance (e.g kitchen sink faucet was loose, the reset light trim in the bathroom was missing, the shower grout, the balcony furniture were wobbling) Overall great apartment for the price. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Good enough!
It was right on the water which was great, and far enough away from the main drag to be less chaotic. It was a bummer that the price was the same when the pool is out of commission but oh well. The bed was super noisy with every little move which was kind of annoying, and there arent actual curtains so if you struggle to sleep in a bright room and want to sleep past sunrise, definitely bring a sleep mask. The floors also had tons of sand on them when we arrived. Overall I think it was a good value for the location alone! The owner was also very kind.

The location was very convenient and allowed easy access to the beach. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and the condo provided all that you would need while there. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond when we contacted him.

Fabulous location
Perfect venue for our busy schedule while in Daytona Beach Shores. Location was safe and convenient. We were able to walk to breakfast in the morning and of course having the ocean right outside the door was fabulous.

Taking it all in...
Enjoyed being so close to the beach! Was close enough to walk, swim, lay out, dine on the balcony, watch sun rises and sun sets as well as star gazing at night. Was fun to explore light houses, marine sanctuaries, and go cart racing. Be flexible there is work being done from hurricane damage.

Gary informed me before I arrived that he had trouble with lock and was in the process of fixing it. Repaired and no problems. Everything was as advertised There were some construction and repairs from Hurricane but no effect on my stay. Great Place

Nice get away
The location was perfect, I loved being right on the beach. Also a beautiful view from the balcony was beautiful. We had the option of the beach or the pool. Gary was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return myself and recommend to others.
