Your stay includes all of the complex's resort-style amenities, including a seasonally heated pool, a sprawling oceanfront sun deck, an on-site fitness room, a community room, a stocked library, on-site laundry and secure garage parking.

When you enter this 22nd floor corner condo, the views will take your breath away. Thanks to its corner location, part of the view looks directly out over the ocean while the rest stretches along the side of the building, giving you wonderful views of both the oceanfront and the riverfront side of the city. Stunning furnishings and ocean views fill the primary bedroom, the guest bedroom, the living room and the kitchen.

The living room includes a comfortable leather sofa that reclines on both sides, a flat-screen TV, stunning oceanfront views and access to the oceanfront balcony. The dining area has the best views in the condo and comfortably seats 4. The kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and includes three bar stools for additional seating.

The ocean view primary suite has a queen bed and its own access to the balcony. The adjoining primary bathroom is designed with accessibility in mind, with a double vanity and a large walk-in shower featuring a low ledge, an adjustable handheld showerhead, a grab bar and a built-in shower bench.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV and an ensuite full bathroom. The guest bathroom also has a separate entrance, so guests don't need to walk through the bedroom to use it, and includes a shower and tub combo with an adjustable handheld showerhead.

Secure parking is available in the garage. This means guests can have a maximum of 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For Airbnb guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on Airbnb and we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.
