Bright and spacious modern 4 bedroom, 2 bath fully furnished and equipped renovated 2000 sq. ft. vacation pool home located in the Ormond By The Sea. Attached two car garage.
4 minutes walk to the beach going East. 4 minutes walk to the Intercostal Waterway going West. The house is located on a quiet street in a very safe and family friendly Sea Bridge neighborhood of single-family homes.
Screened swimming pool in the private backyard. Covered sitting area. Kitchen is equipped with full size electric stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, glasses, cutlery, table-ware, pots and pans. Hand, bath towels and linens are provided. Central AC, washer, dryer, cable TV, internet, and Wi-Fi.
Access to no traffic, orange sand beach is right across the street.
Step inside our home, where you'll find modern design touches with an open floor plan that seamlessly flows between the dining room, living room, and kitchen!
Kick back in the living room and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The comfy sofa is also the perfect spot to stretch out and use the wireless internet access to surf the net.
There's no need to leave the comfort of your home-away-from-home when hunger strikes. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make delicious meals, and the grill on the pool deck is perfect for making barbecue dinners.
Pour yourself a cocktail after dinner and enjoy a fabulous Floridian sunset on the pool deck. The end of the day is the perfect time to take a dip in the refreshing pool.
After a fun day, you're bound to fall fast asleep in one of the comfortable beds.

It was nice to have pool for family

The screens over the pool were missing in some places and mildew was all over the boards around the pool and edges of the pool area. The pool was clean itself though. In one of the bathrooms you had to jiggle handle on the toilet but this happens in every home. The airconditioner had to be set on 75 during the day and 73 at night. Overall if you are looking for a place for large family to stay near the beach this was okay. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes but for a lady 70 years old in 90 degrees this was a bit much. There is a way around this, have the younger ones drive you up and drop you off. Giving this we only went to the beach 3 days of our 7 days there. Just something to consider as the ad tells you this and is up front about it. We slept comfortably with the 73 temp also. So the overall rating is okay.

I got exactly what I wanted/needed with the convenience to beach and having a pool. Plenty of room in the house for us. We were in town for a festival. Overall really good experience. Would stay again.

WAS POORLY STOCKED WAS THERE FOR A WEEK HARDLY AND TRASH BAGS NOTHING AS FAR AS KITCHEN STUFF WE COOK AND DON'T EAT OUT EVERY MEAL WAS NO EXTRAS NOT EVEN ENOUGHT SUGER FOR A CUP OF COFFIE WAS IN TOWN FOR THE CAR SHOW NO TRAILER PARKING AT ALL...MASTER BED WAS NOT GOOD..

This house needs a good deep cleaning. The Air conditioner doesn't work. We reached out to the host when we got to the property & was told an repair man would be at the house the next morning, granted the house was over 98 degrees inside. I asked if we could get fans or something to help with the heat & was told no, that the house had ceiling fans & yes we had them on.The repair guy that came didn't show up until the next afternoon after I rea& was not an ac repair guy he was just a friend of the host and was very hateful. The Air conditioner was not fixed while we were there. We ended up buying our own fans and thankfully the weather turned cooler. The refrigerator and showers have mold and the ice maker is broken with a rag in the line to keep water from dripping in the floor. The washer is only works on a half cycle so you have to wash the towels twice. We had to clean the entire house before we were comfortable staying and unfortunately with the time of year & circumstances we were not able to move to a different house. This could be a great place to stay if the owner/host would take care of the house and really clean it up on the inside and get the appliances updated. The dryer door handle is a ziptie. Host was only reachable by text & the response time was hours for the issues with the AC unit. I do understand that FL had a hurricane before we came and I did ask before we came if everything was ok and was told that it was. The pool was super nasty but we did understand

Wonderful Setting

WE loved the house and the pool. Not for those who want to be in the middle of all the action, instead very quite neighborhood. Very easy walk to the beach which is very private. We were on the beach on the 4th of July and there were only two other groups in the vicinity! Home is lovely. Very spacious. Carolyn was very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend the property.

Great Week Vacation

We had a great weeks stay and this property. The description was perfect. We found everything just as listed. Plenty of room. The pool was awesome and just a short walk to the ocean. If we come back to the area we would definitely book again.

Very nice house with a great pool. We reported a plumbing problem & the owner was there in 20 minutes & had it fixed within the hour. The beach was uncrowded and beautiful and was about a 3 minute drive. We had a great time.l

We arrived Saturday afternoon and knew the check in process. The kids settled in and immediately went to the pool while my wife went to the grocery, which is close by. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of linens. The house as as advertised. The neighborhood was pretty quiet most of the week. The neighbors to the left facing the house got a little loud on Thursday and Friday evening, but not that big of a deal. Friday evening fireworks grom the neighbors shook the house and was pretty loud for about an hour, intermittently. Lots of hidden gems in the area to eat at. Close to Daytona and St. Augustine, but with the feel of a private beach. Good experience overall. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Work and play

We came in for the Daytona Turkey Run and really enjoyed our stay. This property is the perfect distance from everything . Just a 25-30 minute drive to the speedway and about 1 hour from Universal Studios Orlando. Neighborhood was very quiet and very close to the beach. Thanks for having us !

We enjoyed staying here this summer - we loved the space it offered, the private pool, and the close proximity to the beach. We have previously always stayed in condos here in Ormond, so this was a nice change of pace. Again, having 4 bedrooms and plenty of living space, plus a pool was the perfect set up for our family. Having the washer/dryer was very helpful and a full kitchen/dining space was great. Will definitely look to return in the future!

The home was clean, roomy and well furnished. The screened in pool area was great. The beach is a short walk from the home and was never crowded, neighborhood was quiet and safe. Beautiful cozy home close to everything

The house was as listed: close to beach & shopping, quiet neighborhood, quiet beach, everything in the house for a very comfortable stay. Unlimited linens which is very uncommon in past Vrbo rentals. Easy checkin and out. The house layout was very open and with four bedrooms, we all had our space. The pool was perfect with a covered dining/sitting area for those nice afternoon Florida summer showers. Tons of kitchen utensils and towels. Would love to stay here again for more than a week. Wonderful family time at the beach!

The 4 bedroom house, location within a subdivision, closeness to grocery stores, proximity to the beach, pool at the house, availability of a charcoal grill, and walking distance to the river for fishing all made our stay a wonderful experience! We had beautiful weather and enjoyed our stay immensely! Would love to go back again next year!

Great Home

It was a great location! The house was very nice and roomy. The beach was just a small walk away. The kids loved the pool as did the rest of the family. The only negative was the first 3 days the AC didn't work correctly and the house was very warm. Did reach out each day to let them know and they ensured someone came out each time. Finally on Monday they got it figured out! The other is the cable is very basic and there were no cartoon channels for the 9 year old who likes to watch them at night but we dealt with it!! Overall loved it and would definitely rent again!!!

Easy to socially distance!

There was a private pool and at the beach that is a short walk away, there was almost no one within a half mile. Having the fourth bedroom also made it possible to spread out in the house. We had a great week!
