Deliveries cannot be accepted at the property. Please arrange pickup at a nearby postal service or locker



Rental Agreement & ID Verification

A signed rental agreement and government ID upload are required upon booking. Sunny Day Stays uses OwnerRez, a secure hotel-style software approved to safely collect off-platform IDs and rental agreements and security deposit..



Check-In / Check-Out

No late checkout is allowed without prior approval. An unauthorized late checkout fee of $300 applies if guests are not checked out by 10:00 AM.



Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors.



No Parties / Events

Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property at any time.

If unauthorized individuals enter the property, the reservation may be forfeited without refund. A $40 per person, per night charge applies for individuals in the home who were not previously disclosed to the host.



Smoking/Vaping Policy

No smoking/vaping is allowed inside the property. A $500 smoking/vaping violation fine may be added to the cleaning fee.



Local Guests

Local guests must contact the host before booking. This policy helps prevent parties, gatherings, and events at the property.



Parking

Street parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. The garage, however, is not accessible to guests. Absolutely no parking allowed in front of neighboring homes.



Security Cameras

A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door. The camera is motion-activated and provides continuous monitoring for the security of guests and property.

There are no security cameras inside the home.
