Don’t book this place. Their serves is terrible! I booked this place recently May 2026 for my parents as a gift for my mum’s birthday. However they were treated very rudely during the checking process. My mother called them and asked about early check in and where the parking was and had the phone slammed back at her. Mum called back again but no one picked up. This experience ruined mum’s day and they left without checking in and I was charged by the accomodation anyway despite trying to contact them to cancel the booking after this incident occurred!!! When I called Expedia to contact the accomodation to get a refund, the accomodation did not respond to email or phone calls. When Expedia finally got though, the accomodation claimed that my parents used the wrong number to contact them, which is false because they used the contact number provided by the accomodation directly in their multiple messages to us, and it was included in their message’s letterhead with their business address and details and it was the only contact number provided. I have never ever experienced this level of rude and bad service in my life. And the level of arrogance and shifting of responsibility onto customer with out even and apology after the incident occurred is atrocious!!!!
