Hotels met zwembad in Daxing

"When looking up the hotel on didi it shows up as crowne plaza which made us doubt if it was the correct place. Turns out the hotel used to be a crowne plaza untill before covid. The hotel is in an absolutely excellent location, the staff was great we enjoyed our stay. You can definitely see that that the hotel used to be a crowne plaza based on the size of the rooms and the lobby but you can also see why it is no longer a crowne plaza based on how certain things are not quite right anymore. The desk chair in our room was semi-broken so it tilted sideways, there was a crack in the ceiling of the hallway outside our door, the pool had been "under maintenance" since 2019 according to a sign on that floor. One more thing that threw us off was laundry. In every other hotel we've ever stayed in when we had laundry done we got it back very fast and the cost got charged to the room which then got paid upon check-out. Here however after 2 days we had not yet received our laundry yet so we called and they said we first had to go down to the lobby to pay and only then we would get the laundry. I don't know if not charging to the room is a china thing or a this hotel thing, but it threw us off and was a bit weird. The same thing happened with room service where we had to pay on delivery of the food aswell. All in all it's a good, but slightly outdated hotel with excellent staff. "
