'The room was clean and the staff are very helpful'

'Cockroach in the refrigerator, left within 5 minutes of being there and THEY STILL CHARGED MY CARD, gave me some kind of fake receipt showing where I wanted the refund I never received, eventually had to dispute it with the bank!! The property looks NOTHING like the pictures! Run far far away from this place!!'

'Nice bed and pillows. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was fine and attendant was very nice and welcoming. Check in and check out attendants were nice and welcoming. TV was good. The only reason I didn't have 5 Stars for everything is because tub didn't drain and I notified front desk in the morning. It was not fixed and water was still in the tub my 2nd morning. Also, I expected the room to be cleaned, bedroom refreshed and old towels picked up and new towels provided. I refuse to get in...

'Wij waren er maar 1nacht en dat was voor ons prima.'

'Well for starters, the room cleanliness was suspect. We found a wet crumpled up facecloth on the edge of the bathtub. We aren't sure if the cleaning lady had used it to clean and left it, or if it was from a previous guest. Really makes you wonder how clean the place is when something like that happens. There was a visible ring around the toilet bowl, so that wasn't very clean either. There were several stains on the carpet in the room. My fiancé woke with bites on her ankles as well. ...

'Adequate parking, friendly front desk staff, room was clean-a bit out dated. Typical breakfast w/ standard food of eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, cereal, waffles, etc., Comfy bed and pillows. Price was a little more than what I would typically think for a Best Western, but thinking it was the area?'

'You get what you pay for.'

'The breakfast was great !'

'Don't expect a separate bedroom suite (isn't that the very nature of the word) at this hotel! Booked the "Suite, Multiple Beds, Accessible, Microwave (Mobility and Hearing)" which had no images. Very disappointed to find it was just a big open common room.'

'Great Stay !'
