'Not a bad property but staff was not helpful. Bunch of characters at property including someone who thought they were privileged and I almost witnessed a domestic.'

'The room was clean, staff very friendly,bed was comfortable and the bathroom while small worked fine. With that said, the air unit struggled and there was an inch to two inches between the door and the frame allowing outside air and light to filter in through the bottom of the door.'

'Friendly staff! Room was perfectly clean and supplied. All the little extras like cornhole and picnic table to sit and eat at and hanging chairs to relax in at a patio nicely done. Outdoor pool that was private from the main road. Lots of parking. Easy access in and out of the facility. Ice machine worked. Just everything that you would want was there! I’m definitely already looking at the next date to go back. And when I stay there another time and remind them I’m already reoccurring customer...

'I have zero complaints about Hotel Tybee. It is walking distance to dozens of restaurants and shops. Bicycles are included in the resort fee, so are beach towels and chairs !'

'Terrible hotel. Our room smelled terrible. Had to buy Lysol. The picture son Expedia is not what we walked into. Busted door. Old room old curtains. Furniture beat up. Bathroom tiles disgusting. Sinks grime and disgusting. Reported pictures back to Expedia and they couldn't get a hold of the property manager to get us some kind of compensation refund. Will never stay again at this hotel. Property owner needs to spend some money to upgrade! They make enough on the renters! Do not rent!'

'Properity is in disrepare, Smoke alarm in our room was loose from mount hanging from a wire. However is kept going off after about 6:30 AM when we wanted to sleep late. When telling the front desk person the said OK, to which I said "NO IT REALLY WAS NOT OK AT ABOUT 6:30 IN THE MORNING WHEN WE WANTED TO SLEEP. OK, what a resopnse. Also parking is deplorable. One person had to get out of the car and I had to park very close to a block wall to have room to get out of the other side of the care....
