'This property was so beautiful and yet so comfy! It had everything we needed for our stay, and was very clean and very quiet. Our dog was able to burn off some energy running up and down the hall! Also, the back outdoor space was beautifully maintained and landscaped. We felt like we were at a resort. We’d love to stay here again. '

'This was the third time I've stayed here and it was wonderful as always. The apartments are clean, the bed is comfortable, and I felt safe walking the short distance from the parking to the door even late at night. The only thing was the internet was not really stable this time and trying to work during the day was a challenge at times. Even with that one small issue, I would stay here again and again when visiting Richmond. '

'"charming, charming, charming" as it was that as well. The location could not have been better--access to Lex, UK, or anything in the region was ideal. The place was well appointed, comfortable, and everything we needed. The only issues were minor (as far as I was concerned). After the first night you get used to the ambulances as there are several hospitals in the area. After the first night you realize you cannot make a left turn into the driveway so learn to go around the block. ...

'Perfectly good spot for a weekend if you’ll be out and about. It’s an older home, apt is up a couple flights of stairs, but we had nice beds and kitchen had everything we needed. It’s in a “mixed” neighborhood (some good, some a little sketch). We’d suggest driving or ubering to get around instead of walking. We were there to visit our college students and tailgate, so it was basically our crash pad.'

'Very comfortable bed, clean, and very nice location. My partner and I were in town for a work conference of hers, which was at the Hyatt. It was a nice walk with a few coffee and breakfast options along the way each morning. I went along and then returned to work remotely from the apartment with no issues. We were within easy walking distance of all the restaurant options down town, and the place is also right across the street from the University of Kentucky. '

'My husband and I were in town to visit my cousins who are so hospitable but sometimes it’s just nice to have your own space and not have to sleep on an air mattress. :) Our stay here was lovely, it was everything we needed. Perfect amount of space to spread out our things for the weekend and get a good night’s sleep. I was very impressed with how clean everything was. 'Wonderful small apartment with everything you need. Think hotel but better!! Bed is extremely comfortable and there is plenty of parking behind the house. Absolutely wonderful neighborhood and close to everything. One thing to note, the bathroom is small but plenty of room for a bathroom. Would definitely stay again.'
