THE SPACE
The open-plan living and dining area is made for lounging and for actually getting things done. Stretch out on the sofa in front of a large flat-screen TV, or take the teal velvet chair with a coffee and watch the city come to life through those windows. Wide-plank floors, warm wood-and-black shelving, and bold curated art give the place a gallery-loft feel without losing any comfort. A sliding barn door closes off the bedroom, so the layout works just as easily for a couple as it does for a small group. The loft sleeps three. Keyless entry means you can arrive on your own schedule.

THE KITCHEN
Full-size and genuinely cookable-in: matte black cabinetry, black subway tile, brushed brass fixtures, and dark granite counters. You have a full refrigerator, electric range and oven, over-range microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a complete knife set. Cook a real breakfast before the day starts, or use it as a landing pad between Deep Ellum's restaurants.

THE BEDROOM AND BATH
The bedroom has a queen bed in soft olive linens, nightstands and reading lamps on both sides, a ceiling fan, and built-in shelving so you can properly unpack. The full bathroom is finished in white subway tile with matte black and brass hardware, a tub and shower combination, a large lit vanity, fresh white towels, and refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
