« This property is located on a dark alley without lighting at night. We saw piles of trash near the entrance. It did not feel secure. There is no front desk, and we were NOT contacted before arrival to inform us of the hours it closed. No one was there to check us in. We left and stayed at another hotel. They refused to give us even a partial refund on a 4 day stay. »

« Very helpful front desk »

« Clear room. Friendly staff. »

« The woman boss is extremely helpful. My daughter had bought many items from Taobao and it arrived at the hotel days after our checkout. She was willing to help us finding a good price carrier and ship it to us in Canada. »

« english speaker at the reception. room clean and comfortable some issues with the wifi. sometimes smells cigarets coming from the air condition. »

« Can’t find the property. No Chinese address given. »

« First of all you can smell smoke as soon as you walk in. Every room has ashtray( I changed my room so I know ), the central AC will share the second smoke from other room to your room, every floor’s hall way has a public bathroom, so you can imagine the smell of the urine while you are walking back to your room. I found dead bug in my room, and that is not all of the reason I deeply regraded book the hotel. If you were like me cannot handle the smell of smoke and urine don’t stay here. »
