The hotel was bit old and dirty. No amenities around the area. The safebox was not working and one roll of toilet paper for 4 in a family suite. No privacy for setting of toilet, shower, bath tub and basin areas, they are all in one open area.

Beautiful property overlooking the bay with direct access to the ocean boardwalk. Large shopping mall is about a 20min walk and accessible via the boardwalk. Many local restaurants nearby. The rooms are slightly scuffed since they are older, but overall the room is lovely. Clean room, wonderful waterfall shower, comfy beds, robes, slippers, flip flops, hair drier, flat iron, many toiletries, water bottles, tea, coffee, quiet Breakfast buffet is massive and goes until 1pm. We didnt eat lunch our entire trip because we were so full each day. The Casa Corona ground level pool bar has a fire show each night.

We arrived at 11am. Checked in and were told the room wasn’t ready. After killing 3 hours went back around 2. Room still wasn’t ready. Waited till 3 which is what hotels.com says check in time. Room still not ready and by now there are 50 other couples waiting for their rooms as well. After raising my voice they gave us access to the VIP lounge to wait. They gave us our room at 4pm and there had to be an entire cleaning company like 6-7 crews cleaning the entire floor. As a foreigner Bradley no one spoke English. Would not recommend
