'We had a really good time here with excellent breakfast and beautiful rooms. The staff were super helpful . Will come back next time in Shanghai . Thank you'

'Very clean and new'

'Very nice hotel, in the city centre, near the People’s Square Subway that has several lines + at night we craved a lot so in the cozy small streets we always could find open restaurants, real old school Chinese vibes! Thank you everyone, specially Tristan and her dear colleagues❤️ we were daily also using the Fitness place which had everything! The main reason for choosing this hotel was the Location, fitness and nice comfy rooms. Probably next visit Shanghai will be again in this Location!

'This was my 2nd stay at Opartment, and it continues to exceed expectations. The space is always chic and feels just like coming home. Special thanks to Selina at the front desk for a fantastic check-in experience, and to the gentleman who helped carry our luggage all the way out during checkout. A huge compliment to the housekeeping staff as well… I left my pj on the bed, and the cleaning lady actually folded and buttoned them up for me! That level of care is rare!!! 'Zeer mooi hotel met een perfecte locatie'

'Great experience of my stay'

'Wonderful stay. 15 minutes walk from the Bund. We got an upgrade - best hotelroom we ever had. Very spacious and luxurious. '

'Really good hotel. I have travelled a lot and stayed in many 5 star hotels but this one is surely in my top 3. The staff is just really very welcoming and treats you like a king. Rooms are big and very clean and complete. Strongly recommend this fabulous hotel! '

'Good location at the end of Nanjinglu, with lots of food choices and walking distance to the bund. Hotel has great service (especially Mia) and a nice pool. '

'Big hotel with nice, modern rooms. Some rooms have very small windows, though. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of options, and the staff were really helpful. They also provided complimentary bottled water every day. The room was surprisingly quiet despite being conveniently located near a shopping area and Metro station. One downside was that we found a small cockroach in the bed and had to switch rooms. The staff acted quickly to sort it out and followed up with us to make sure everything...

'Nice place to stay'

'Geweldig hotel, fantastische plek, heerlijk ontbijt'

'Kind staff, good location, nice hotel room, and a beautiful view of Nanjing Road.'

'In the room we stayed, there is a large portion of mold on the wall. The hotel should fix this problem before letting us to stay at this room.'
