'Very comfortable, extremely clean. William was friendly and helpful.'

'Thank you.'

'The tv didn’t work and there was no hot water in the room , in the shower or the sink.'

'Only complaint,no coffee maker in room.'

'Great water pressure. Toilet tissue holder was broken. Toilet tank rand off and on continuously. Lots of loitering and loud voiced in parking lot, with people going in and out of rooms, all night long.'

'I was supposed to have a King premium room with a view of the city. I was no where near the city, the view was of the parking lot, and no cellphone reception. Only stay here if you are desperate and can't find a room somewhere else. I was completely disappointed.'

'I truly would not recommend this hotel at all. I hate to have to write a poor review but it warrants it. The hotel is not well maintained, the room had a musty smell, the property itself was a mess. There were people just hanging out and around the property and it just didn’t feel safe and secure.'

'Erin and Josh do a wonderful job and put a lot of love into their inn between the service, food, decor, cleanliness and personalization of their guest stay! Such a good find'

'Exceeded our expectations. Our room was facing the Marina and the sound. It was bright and so welcoming and comfortable. The staff was gracious and helpful. A delicious breakfast was included as well as wine and cheese in the afternoon. We took advantage of the complimentary pontoon ride down the Niantic river which was wonderful. The location was great for wandering to Mystic and even into Rhode Island which we did . We would like to return some day!'

'Lovely place, sadly we only booked one night and arrived after dark , so didn't really have chance to use all the amenities, kayak's etc . The cabin we stayed in was lovely , and great communication from the staff ( Deb ) and recommendations for coffee & breakfast the following morning . Would stay again if in the area .'

'Stayed for one night on the way back from a wedding to visit some old haunts and the Inn did not disappoint. Lovely room, gorgeous house, great breakfast. Will definitely come back when we’re in town.'

'Super comfy bed, everything was great!'
