'We had a great time staying at the Tiki Shack! It was a great location, and we did have about 5 horses come by daily which was pretty cool. I did see a horse trying to munch on a plastic cup (it had been there for a while it seemed) that was outside between the garage and house, and nudge the trash can. After the horses left I picked up the plastic cup, and some other little stuff in the yard that I saw, even glass. The house was pretty clean, there was some dog food or some type of snack behind...

'Overall our experience was very good. We enjoyed the cottage, the dock watching the sunrise and just relaxing. Quiet neighborhood and really enjoyed our walks along the sound. The only complaint I had was the very high overall fees for the condo.
