'It was just a room. No luxuries, bad towels and had to ask for more. Nothing to brag about! $37 per day parking $32 + $5 tip. No microwave and the fridge froze my leftovers.'

'The walls are paper thin, we heard every door slam shut, people in the hallways, very hard time sleeping. Housekeeping came at 9:30 am, I answered the door and the lady saw that i was half asleep and kind of walked away. Security knocked on our door to let us know if we didn’t want to be bothered, have the sign up of do not disturb. I was confused because we literally checked in the night before and didn’t expect housekeeping to come already. I also did not say one word to the housekeeping lady...

'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

'This hotel is a disaster ! It was a false advertisement on how the hotel really looks . The room was very very outdated and the air conditioner did not work in the bedroom . The smell was overbearing with roach spray ….. We went up to the room and attempted to stay but we were unable to make it work . The front desk said they had another room but my wife said absolutely not ! The receptionist said he was going to cancel the reservation and not to worry that the charges were going to be removed...

'Very busy and load in this hotel. The conference on May 5 was very loud, with many screaming children. Breakfast was +-, not a toaster and no yoghurt. And Parking Fee 10 US$ is too high. Calculate in the price. This hotel qas the most expensive on our trip, but sure not the best 3/5'

'This is a section 8 motel with few rooms to book. Our room looked like it was out of the 70’s and smelled like an old aquarium! They have fashioned window air conditioners in the plate glass window for the room as the interior unit doesn’t work! The room was dark and dreary! We found out that this used to be a “hot sheets” motel! You need to ask permission from the front desk to use the pool as there is no lifeguard and a strict schedule. We will not be staying there again!'

'Está es la segunda vez que el servicio es horrible pero esta vez fue peor el viernes llegando la TV no servía la cafetera no servía me cambiaron de cuarto después de dos horas para colmo la recepcionista cargó mi tarjeta a otra huésped tuve que bajar apagar de nuevo me cambiaron de cuarto y no avía plancha no servían los enchufes pedí toallas nunca me las llevaron yo limpié mi cuarto entregué las toallas sucias y nunca me llevaron toallas no pude bañarme tenía una entrevista y no pude planchar...

'They put me in a smoking room when I asked for non smoking room… they did change me to a non-smoking room eventually. Also, the power went out 30 minutes after I arrived at 6:30 PM and never came back on all night and I I departed the next morning at 7 AM. Lastly, there was a property wide fire alarm malfunction at 3:30 in the morning and everyone had to get up and leave their rooms and stand in the parking lot during a downpour in the rain. I am requesting a full refund for this terrible night...

'My deck was literally touching the hull of a majestic sailing ship. An evening and morning stroll by the water was hypnotic. Close proximity to fun Greenwich Ave restaurants was a great way to manage 10k steps while anticipating my mahi tacos and Rose. Loved it all. And the in-room dining snacks? Probably the best assortment of fun, gluten free hedonism I never expected.'
