'Breakfast was amazing and with lots of options. Rooms were a bit dated and small. Location was good for what we needed. '

'Scrumptiously clean room. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Perfect air conditioning. Very family friendly, and plenty of shops nearby. I highly recommend Hotel Heritage for my family and friends. Edward from Ohio'

'The Propert has been shut for two years. Expedia owes and applogy and explanation for the harassment as also vompensation and full refund for charges imposed.Never use Expedia again.'

'Armoedig hotel.

Ligging is erg goed tov alle bezienswaardigheden.'

'The hotel was a convinent location for shopping and had lots of restaurants near it. As far as site seeing went we went in a taxi to the gate of India and to Bandra where all the Bollywood stars live. We saw Juhu beach and Santa Cruz and Likoni Bazaar and the famous Chor bazaar. We also went to Mohammed Ali Road where we saw the actual busy traffic of Mumbai along with beautiful clothes and Indian art work.'

'Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly, shops were nearby, Churchgate station 10 minutes walk.'

'In the said budget the Hotel was good. I was with family and found no worries. Mine was Premium room with two double beds. Sufficient size. Staff was helpful. You can have deliveries including food in your room too. The manager and the staff were good and helpful. Location wise it's good if you want to travel around in South Mumbai.'

'Amazing '

'Good hotel'

'Hotel Royal Castle is conveniently located near Kemp's Corner in Mumbai. The entrance was inconveniently covered in newspapers for the duration of the stay whilst it was unclear what kind of maintenance was being done. The room was reasonably quiet, clean and all basis functionalities were working, including hot water 24*7. The staff was not particularly helpful and did not come across as very courteous or client oriented. At the price paid, such hotel may be what to expect, but one can get a...

'Worst area to stay in Mumbai'

'Shops are close, property needs maintenance, no towel, no toiletries- soap, shampoo, sheets had blood spot stains. Bad experience. '

'They sent me to a building which was under construction and a room where someone was clearly in it. I didn’t take the room cause it wasn’t safe and they still charged me. Hotels.com refuse to help. Don’t ever book this! '

'I arrived and the manager couldnt find my booking. He was rude and aggressive and demanded that I call hotels.com even though i had already paid. He eventually realised he had made a mistake and found my booking, but didnt offer any sort of apology. The room was a street view with zero sound-proofing which meant the honking was relentless. It was also dirty, the bed frame seemed as though it hadnt been cleaned in weeks.'
