'The mattress was softer than it should be. When I checked in the staff was a bit surly. They put me in a room on the third floor with no elevator and I’m 65. I emailed in advance where I could get breakfast in the area and their recommendation made no sense and a Google search didn’t turn anything up. It’s a weird place and I don’t plan to return. '
