'As always our goto hotel for visiting LIU. Never disappoints. Great Bacharach history!'

'We did reserve and booked an accessible ADA room through Expedia but was given a non-accessible room. Luckily the front desk was able to find an accessible ADA room for us. This was the second time this happened. The prior occasion was with a different hotel. Need Expedia to ensure when we booked a room that is ADA accessible that the hotel know it and have it reserved for us as well. In both incidents, the hotels told us that they were not notified by Expedia. If the ADA accessible room was not...

'Didn't like the idea that $100 deposit was required at time of check in. It is processed for refund when checking out, but reimbursed at the leisure of the bank that issued your card. My refund took 4 days.'
