- Nestled in the tranquil Perthshire countryside, with breathtaking views of the surrounding glens this property is in the perfect location for couples and families who love the outdoors. The surrounding region has walking and bike trails that allow you to explore the spectacular Ochil Range and with multiple courses nearby, including the famed Gleneagles, golfers are also spoiled for choice. The picture-postcard town of Crieff and the historic city of Perth are both within driving distance. Enjoy a day at the races or pay a visit to the exquisite Scone Palace, which also hosts a variety of spectacular events. Visit a concert hall or a theatre that offers a diverse range of music, dance, art, and plays. Seasonal boating and fishing on the picturesque Tay River, or a day at Perth Leisure Pool.
As you step inside the hallway of this luxurious detached single-level property you will find ample storage space for your outdoor clothing and personal belongings and a handy utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. As you walk through you are welcomed with a spacious, light and bright open-plan kitchen and lounge area. After a day out exploring the comfortable lounge area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the roaring wood burner, or watch your favourite film together on the Smart TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric Range oven and hob, a fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave and a dishwasher, as well as an informal breakfast bar with seating where you can enjoy all your family meals. When you are ready to retire you will find two inviting double bedrooms; the main bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with the second room having a double bed. Both beds are zip-and-link and can be made into twins on request. The third bedroom is a pretty, cosy single room. Finally completing the ground floor is the family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.
As you venture outside to the spacious fully enclosed garden you you can treat yourself to a soak in the private hot tub soothing those achy limbs after a day of activities and enjoy a spot of al fresco dining or a lazy evening just gazing at the stars. There is also a seating area with charcoal BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining.
