The open floor plan gives great access to the new flagstone patio and extensive gardens. There is a gas fireplace in the living room as well as a full bath on this level for guests. The couch folds out into a sleeper sofa, recommended for small children.  



Upstairs is the entire master suite with a queen bed, full bath, large laundry room, closet, and enough room to try out the new yoga positions you`ve been working on. The French doors in the master suite open up for those great summer breezes and laying in bed each morning you wake up to fantastic views of Gothic Mountain!
