Conveniently located at the slope end of the building, this condo provides comfort and style. After its recent renovation, International-201 now features all new carpets and freshly painted walls. The well-equipped kitchen has been remodeled in an Italian theme and would please any chef. Among other comforts, there is a jacuzzi bath tub for ultimate relaxation. In addition to the TV/VCR/DVD in the living room, two of the bedrooms also have a TV. A large, open living-dining area is planned around a massive stone fireplace. The fireplace is wood-burning, and we supply the wood. The bedrooms are spacious with large closets. Two sliding glass doors give access to the large balcony. Enjoy incredible views of the town of Mt. Crested Butte, Washington Gulch, and the slopes. The unit is fully furnished, down to the linens and dishes. I-201 is conveniently located steps from the slopes and trails.

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

The International Building entrance is on the third floor. There is one flight of stairs down to access I-201.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk to the end of the parking lot, skis on, and you are on the slopes!

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!
