'Prachtig hotel, prachtig personeel. Iedereen is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zowel receptie, zaal -en keukenpersoneel als poetsvrouwen. Hier komen we zeker terug, een echte aanrader. '

Maar de kamers, de vriendelijkheid en bovenal de ligging. Aan zee, langs de boulevard. Alles in de buurt. Vooral ook het begin van een prachtig kustpad. Zeker een aanrader'

'I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available.
I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel.'

'Fabulous hotel with all the required amenities; nice spa and outdoor/indoor pool, phenomenal access to the beach/Adriatic sea; great chairs/beach towels; beautifully landscaped property. Spacious room with spectacular views. Excellent breakfast. Access to the extensive boardwalk in Opatija. Amazing value for money.'
