'We enjoyed our stay but was not expecting to have two pending charges and then an actual charge for our room so the pending stayed on my checking account for four days.'

'Our room was very clean. Shower was great and had lots of hot water. Staff was very nice. The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast. It was ok but it would have been better with some eggs sausage, and cereal and milk. 😊'

'Ok to stay'

'A Relaxing Stay with Great Outdoor Amenities! Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites was more than just a place to sleep! One of the highlights was having spaces to relax, unwind, and enjoy quality time together. We had fun playing Tic Tac Toe, enjoyed the outdoor pool area, and spent time sitting around the fire pit. I especially loved the outdoor spaces, which offered a peaceful atmosphere and comfortable seating. The fire pit was a wonderful spot to unwind in the evening, and the recreational...

'Prima hotel voor overnachting tijdens doorreis'

'Pool not heated ,breakfast was HORRIBLE, plus they over charged me for 2 nights and the jacuzzi tub doesn't work properly. Then the receptionist at Desk was not to nice, she didn't know what she was doing, the room was stale smoke smell, bed was uncomfortable and tub was yellow, could bath in it, I stayed here the last 3 years when we came to Alexandria and this is the 1st time I was disappointed, we will be going over to Pineville Conference center and hotel, great service with then earlier this...

'Light in bathroom needs fixing. One bulb blinks. Bedside table lamp was hard to turn on. Alarm clock was not able to change time. Broken tiles in bathroom.'

'Degelijk hotel. Doet wat het moet doen. Wel vreemde schoonmaakgeur in badkamer. Beetje onprettig. Complimentary breakfast is basic; werd niet voldoende bijgevuld tijdens de openingstijden. Zou er wel weer blijven slapen.'

'The experience was poor to terrible. Check in took over 40 minutes, just to make deposit for incidentals. The clerk could barely speak English. We could barely understand anything that he said. Both rooms were not clean. There was hair in the bathtub, near the bed. Urine was on the toilet. The bed was rock hard, but I will say, it was clean. We needed an extra day for one of the rooms. Very complicated and confusing. I've never been so glad to check out of a place'

'The service of management as well as Housekeeping staff was superb.'
