Welcome to our newly renovated apartment in the heart of Cremeno. Located in a historic residence, our eco-friendly apartment offers a comfortable stay with 2 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Explore the beautiful Valsassina Valley, just 20 minutes from Lake Como, and enjoy outdoor activities, local cuisine, and breathtaking natural beauty.
The apartment, located on the ground floor, features two cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The recently renovated bathroom includes a refreshing shower and a washing machine. The well-equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need to prepare meals.
The apartment is part of a small residence consisting of 4 apartments with a total capacity of 17 guests. The owners live on the upper floor. We kindly ask our guests to respect the neighborhood and avoid noise during nighttime hours.
Access to the ground-floor apartment is simple and hassle-free, with just a couple of steps to reach the entrance.
Cremeno is a charming and peaceful mountain village in the Valsassina Valley, surrounded by stunning landscapes offering views of the Grigne mountain range and green meadows that transform into vibrant pastures in summer. This village is ideal for those seeking a nature-filled getaway, with numerous hiking trails suitable for all ages, mountain biking paths, and picnic areas nestled in the greenery. In winter, its proximity to the Piani di Bobbio ski slopes makes Cremeno the perfect base for winter sports enthusiasts. With local restaurants and agriturismi serving typical dishes in a tranquil atmosphere, Cremeno invites guests to experience the authentic charm of the Valsassina Valley in every season.
Strategic Location : Cremeno is an excellent base to explore both Lake Como and the Valsassina mountains. Located about 20-30 minutes by car from the lake, it allows you to enjoy the lake's beauty and water activities as well as mountain hikes and winter sports.
While we do not offer private parking, finding a spot is generally not an issue. There is a small public parking area right in front of the entrance. Alternatively, there are plenty of spots available within a 5-minute walk. Parking might be more challenging only during very busy days or special events. . City Tax: You do not have to pay tourist city tax. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
