Cremeno Noccoli - spacious family appartment

Spacious apartment in Valsassina with large terrace, in the charming town of Noccoli in Barzio. With a capacity for up to 7 guests, it is perfect as a base for outdoor enthusiasts. On the first floor of a building with an elevator, it has plenty of space for parking cars and is close to the Barzio sports center, equipped with tennis courts, soccer and spaces for children. During winter, a free shuttle to the ski facilities stops just 400 metres from the apartment.
You enter a large living room with a sofa and TV area, dining table, and access to a large private terrace. The separate, well-equipped and recently renovated kitchen. The bathroom, also recently renovated, is equipped with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a king-size bed; while the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. There is the option of having an additional single bed that is stored under the single bed, but can be placed in the living room. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the apartment, including the terrace. The apartment is on the first floor and there is an elevator.
I Noccoli is the residential area par excellence of Barzio. Consisting of villas and small condominiums inserted in large green surroundings, it is the ideal area for those who want to live in a quiet and typically mountain area. From the apartment you can reach different areas on foot: the supermarket, about 500 meters away; the center of Cremeno with bars and services about 800 meters away, the sports center, 200 meters away, and of course Barzio along a path in the meadows. A path also starts from the apartment that leads to the valley, and connects to the cycle path.
Cremeno is easily accessible from Milan/Lecco by car. There are plenty of free public parking spaces in front of the house.
In addition, there is the D35 bus that connects Cremeno to Lecco. It operates every 1-2 hours during the day, but not until late in the evening. You can check the time in advance in the Moovit app.
On weekends and holidays in winter there is also a free shuttle service that connects Cremeno to the Piani di Bobbio and Piani d'Artavaggio ski lifts.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.
