Wonderful experience!
Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and a very nice restaurant with excellent food. We had breakfast at the beautiful terrace outside which topped it off for us. Swimming pool with a great view on the mountans and Millau bridge.

Calme et quiétude
Nuit agréable, endroit reposant. Ballade des cascades au départ de l’hôtel. Les chambres « rénovées » sont moins typiques mais à spacieuses avec un espace extérieur pour le café du matin. Le cadre du restaurant de l’hôtel est splendide (optez pour une table extérieure pour la vue). La carte des vins peut être améliorée ainsi que le rapport qualité/prix des menus mais nous avons passé un agréable moment grâce au personnel bienveillant et attentif.

Fantastic location and property
Lovely location in an amazing old property with views of the Millau Viaduct, nice room with good A/C, comfy bed and very good bathroom. However, should have had some basic amentities like bottles of water in the room, mini-fridge and better toiletries.

The restaurant was full with locals with no room for us after an 8 hour drive did not want to pay 40 euros to go the the village for a pizza

Comfortable and peaceful with good restaurant
Very comfortable stay in this delightful chateau/hotel. Superior double toom was spacious. Lovely rainshower. Dinner enjoyable at very reasonable price. Delightful breakfast taken outside on the shady lawn. Close to Millau centre but far enough away to be peaceful.

The restaurant food was excellent as were all the staff. Can’t wIt to return again. We booked a room with a. Terrace. Well worth the little extra. Parking was plentiful and free.

Wohnen wie ein(e) Schlosskönig(in)
Ein herrlicher Aufenthalt in einem echten Schloss mit perfekt erhaltenen Möbeln. Ein kleiner Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Und wir erhielten sogar eine kleine Führung durch das Schloss.

Extraordinary!
This hotel stands out from the lot! From the second you enter the gate to the beautiful park in front of the building, and to the moment you leave, it is extraordinary. The environment, the pool, the small town, the rooms, the restaurant. It is all beyond any expectations. And in the background, the impressive Millau bridge. If you ever is travelling in this area, book a room here! You will always remember, and never regret it.

Belle endroit a ne pas manquer
Établissement très agréable. J'aurais aimé un chariot pour décharger les bagages, une climatisation avec plus de réglage, et peut être un ascenseur pour les bagages. Restaurant agréable avec de petites alcôves en plein air avec une vue agréable.

Une bonne adresse au calme tout près de Millau
Château ancien de caractère, très beau parc ou l on prend le petit déjeuner, piscine pas très grande mais très peu fréquentée avec transats. 2 types de chambres : château (partie ancienne) ou contemporaine (partie récente, avec balcon). Nous avions une chambre double supérieure dans la partie château : belle taille, mobilier ancien, mais parquet stratifié qui dénote dans le style de la chambre... propreté parfaite, pas de plateau de courtoisie, juste 2 petites bouteilles d eau : effet Covid ? Ménage effectué tous les jours malgré le Covid. Petit déjeuner 14€, bien garni même si identique tous les jours. Nous n avons pas testé le restaurant.

bon niveau a Millau
Hôtel très sympa et très bien situé. Notre première chambre était vraiment minuscule (23) mais nous avons pu changer pour les nuits suivantes dans le même standing pour une chambre beaucoup plus agréable (22). La piscine est agréable avec vue sur le viaduc. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Nous avons également tres bien dine 2 fois.

Très bel hôtel dans château avec vue sur le viaduc
Très bel hôtel, de grand confort, avec une vue sur le viaduc de Millau. Très belles chambres. Parking dans l’enceinte du château et restaurant avec terrasse qui domine la ville et vue sur le viaduc. Piscine extérieure. Un seul bémol : l’hôtel n’est pas climatisé et il fait assez chaud dans la chambre car nous y étions pendant la canicule (absence de climatisation probablement liée au lieu). Personnel très accueillant. Un hôtel à recommander sans hésitation si la climatisation n’est pas un caractère indispensable.

Monsieur, Nous vous remercions pour votre avis positif. Cependant nous souhaitons préciser que la climatisation est bien disponible dans tout l'hôtel. Elle se règle individuellement grâce à un boitier situé dans chaque chambre. Nous regrettons que vous n'ayez pu l'utiliser durant votre séjour, d'autant plus avec la canicule actuelle. Old world charm in a tranquil setting
The Château is full of old world charm-lots of antique furniture. From the hotel there is a spectacular view of The Millau Bridge. Staff are friendly and professional. The room (no 4) was spacious, spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable. Aperatives under the trees in the beautiful garden in the evening and breakfast in the same location made the experience very memorable. The pool was particularly appreciated after a day’s sight seeing and was not crowded at all. The restaurant (not run by the hotel I think) was excellent. Best steak I have ever eaten

Une belle adresse à retenir
Très bel hôtel, au charme d’antan et au confort d’aujourd’hui, dans un parc magnifique, sur les hauteurs de Millau, avec vue sur le désormais célèbre viaduc de Millau, pont à haubans franchissant la vallée du Tarn. Dans sa salle voûtée, le restaurant de l’hôtel propose d’excellents menus. La carte des vins et autres boissons y est un peu limitée, mais il est possible d’y trouver quand même son bonheur. Que ce soit pour le service de l’hôtel en lui-même ou celui du restaurant, le personnel disponible et agréable. Une belle adresse !

Go for the views, stay away from the restaurant
Amazing views, great little pool, we had a deluxe room with a balcony which was very nice, but do not eat at the restaurant. It's the most pretentious, time consuming, and unfulfilling thing you could possibly do with your time while you're there. And afterwards you'll still need dinner, but by the time they bring you the bill, everything for a 20 mile radius will be closed. We waited an hour to be served water. And then a further 90 mins to be served food that was essentially inedible. When I'm asked if I mind my lamb a little pink, I don't expect it to still be walking when the plate arrives. Possibly the worst service I've ever witnessed in a restaurant. And when they're charging over 200 Euro for dinner, you not only expect the food to come out in under 2 1/2 hours, but for it to be good. For that price, I don't have the patience for some frustrated chefs arrogant style to be dribbled out of the kitchen one grain of rice at a time.
