'The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Rooms are very dated. The fireplace in the room didn’t work and the phone in the room didn’t work when I tried to call the desk for assistance. The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. View of the lake was the best thing about the property. '

'Dirty room, sheets had mud, oily wet spot, blood on mattress pad, mattress protector had urine on it. Staff weren’t able to switch rooms and don’t have fresh clean mattress protector or correct size linens. '

'The lake was majestically frozen this time of year. We enjoyed the view of it from the full floor to ceiling windows of our Cedar cabin. The sauna beside the lake with a full bathroom with shower was a luxury for this time of year. 'No soap in shower or sink. What looked like smeared poop on the underside of our white quilt. Pool and hot tub not available but no mention of that when booking. No continental breakfast but was also mentioned when booking. I have pictures of the poop smeared quilt which I only saw after sleeping in the bed.'
