Holiday Home 'Mas Le Bragalou' with Mountain View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

This historic 210 m² farmhouse combines charm and modern comfort to offer you a unique setting within the storied walls of this former silk farm.



You can fully enjoy every moment of the day thanks to a variety of outdoor spaces, both sheltered and open-air.



The pool, open from May to September, is ideally secured for children with a maximum depth of 1.20 m. Swimming enthusiasts will also appreciate the beautiful rivers located nearby.



Please note that the use of the pool is at your own responsibility.



You have access to the village tennis court, located opposite the house (please bring your own equipment).



The fully equipped indoor kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite dishes, while the summer kitchen, with two hotplates and a plancha, invites you to enjoy convivial meals around the large table by the pool.



On the ground floor, four charming independent bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned, open onto a peaceful garden and a beautiful, secluded courtyard.



The two additional bedrooms upstairs are ideal for a family. Arranged in a row, you pass through the room with two bunk beds and the bathroom with bathtub to reach the air-conditioned master bedroom with private terrace.



The property has three bathrooms in total.



Located close to many remarkable sites, you can explore the treasures of Ardèche and Gard while enjoying the charm of the South of France.
