'We had a great stay despite hurricane Melissa and wish to commend the staff and management for their response and attention to guests' needs and services during and after the hurricane. We met many outstanding and caring staff and hope hotel will be able to retain them once it reopens. 'The staff , food , ambience was perfect! We spent New years and did not know what to expect. To our surprise it was phenomenal. The buffet they had was much better than the private dinner lol. 'Room was lovely, comfy bed and lots of great pillows. Housekeeper was there everyday and kept the room spotless, she did a great job. Mike at the bar really made the stay, it is always great to be back and see him. We will definitely be back.'
