'As a family of four with 2 teens and a big dog, it's difficult to find somewhere not over priced and a big enough space for us all. We stayed in a very spacious family room. Bathroom had a big drench shower and heated towel rail. Plenty of space for our dog's big bed! Ben and the other staff were very friendly and attentive, also accommodating to our needs. Breakfast was included and fantastic choice. We ate at the pub on the second night and the food really was fantastic and a good varied menu....

'what do you expect from a hotel which is very cheap. we found it out and it became true. the room was not in a very good condition, not very proper and not been cleaned during the four nights we were there. dogs in another room which made a lot of noise and a strange machine outside which also made a teriible noise even till late. 'If you are looking to stay in a traditional English Pub, this is the place. Cozy rooms with great washroom facilities. Very clean and comfortable beds. Rooms are equipped with electricity outlets, wifi and tv for those needing it. The pub itself is fantastic with a very well stocked bar. 'The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now. The park itself is nice and the properties there independently owned and operated - some looked lovely, we just got a poor...

'This is a quaint little place, convenient for a quick no frills overnight stay. The car park had travelling contractors vans in it in the early evening and all gone before breakfast that starts at 8am. Breakfast is prepared to order, cereal and full English that was very nice.'
