'The rooms are updated, cute and very comfortable. I loved the soft linens and bedding! If you like to walk, this location is great for a beautiful stroll to town for meals and shopping. (I recommend that you take E Front Ave. behind the property, to stay off of the busy road.) Speaking of busy roads, the motel is a bit on the noisy side because of being on a heavily traveled road to town. If you are not sensitive to noise, you'll be fine, if you are—bring earplugs. 'When checking in, our door was wide open and looked occupied! Front desk very helpful getting new room. (TJ) was extremely helpful.'

'The lodge is right on the North Idaho Centennial trail. Very easy to walk along the lakefront from the lodge but it is not on the water. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable.The mattress was a bit soft for us. Overall a great location and we would stay again when in the area.'

'Had a good selection for breakfast but most everyting was overly salted. Reserved a handicapped room, but didn't get get one.No grab bars in shower or on the side. Pool needed a good cleaning as it was cloudy.'

'Shower was horrible I felt like I got out with shampoo in my hair hardly any pressure. My car was hit in the parking lot no one left a note or notified the staff and apparently someone was going to email me the camera footage but nothing was ever sent. Air conditioner kept me awake sounding like a cyclone was going through my room. I don't think I'll be visiting again.'

'I didn't understand when housekeeping would empty the trash they wouldn't put a new liner in. They left one on the rim of the can and I guess the guest is supposed to take care of it. Also I had a coffee packet in the room when I checked in but it was never replaced after I used it.'

'The staff I believe his name was Ryan was very helpful getting me into a first floor room as I have a cane and arthritis. He is a friendly guy and fun to work with. However neither of us knew the room was fouled with smoke that left my wife and I with headaches and a smell in our clothes that followed us around all day.The night clerk knew it was a smoking room. No way to change rooms as there were none available on either first or second floor. Thought about just walking away and going...

'Very rundown property. The ac unit was ancient, it had buttons and dials from the 80s no reference to the temperature Paint smeared on the old rubber baseboard. Paint drips on the bathroom tile floor. Dirty comforter on the bed. (Dirt smudges) On a good note, the carpet was new, and there was a dumpster in the parking lot full of old beds and carpet. So hopefully there is an update in full swing.'
